The Regional Sales Manager leads a sales team to drive growth within a designated region. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets to expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction.

Regional Sales Manager
Area: Davao

Will lead in driving the growth of his/her assigned brand or category and is responsible for generating business-building insights, formulating strategies, and implementing integrated communication campaigns while ensuring business profitability.

Brand Marketing Manager

Will oversee the strategic development 
and growth of skincare and dietary supplement products within key distribution channels and categories. This role involves developing channel strategies, managing category performance, demand management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive market share and product success in the FMCG sector.

​Category & Channel   Development Manager 

Responsible for creating a vision and serving as the point of reference for all creative plans. This involves overseeing project development, from devising initial concepts and strategies to monitoring progress until completion in order to achieve the most favorable visual and fundamental outcomes that align with Biocostech Philippines Corporation’s brand vision. The role also ensures that each project results in profitability and maximum sales volume for the company, while establishing a long-term vision for the company

Associate Creative Director 

Work in collaboration with the brand marketing manager, other line managers and, sales & marketing director, and respective teams to develop 360-degree marketing campaigns that involve; trade marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, and other teams in line with business objectives across different channels. 

Brand Marketing Specialist

Involve in identifying and evaluating products' performance to be able to design strategies across all sales platforms. Evaluate competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Product Specialist

Conduct product, sales techniques and personality development trainings in order to effectively position and sell our products. Assist in the development of sales strategies and materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. This often involves corresponding with customers via telephone, email, or other means to take orders, solicit opinions, provide information about new products and services, keep records, or complete progress reports.

Responsible for maintaining flawless execution of our products at the store level and ensuring that our shoppers will be able to see, touch, and experience the product through excellent display, complete must-carry assortment, and correct plan-o-gram
